Manual Lymphatic Drainage

Manual Lymphatic Drainage (Vodder Technique) is used for recovery after plastic surgery. MLD is also used for clients who suffer from lymphedema or lipoedema

Craniosacral 

Trained through the Upledger Institute, the focus is on the individual and not the practitioner. Balancing the cerebral spinal fluid and the craniosacral rhythm to restore good health is the goal.

Medical Massage

Medical Massage is an orthopedic focus on alignment, pain, and tension. This type of massage can include the use of IASTM tools, cupping, stretching, and myofascial release, etc.

Hot Stone Massage

Relax as the massage therapist uses Himalayan hot stones to induce calm in your muscles.

Reflexology

Similar to Chinese medicine and zone therapy, applying pressure to reflex points in the feet, hands, or ears tones certain body functions and organs. This requires only working on feet, hands, ears, or a combination.

Deep Tissue Massage

The benefits of a therapeutic deep tissue massage are equivalent to an intense muscle workout. Decongesting muscles is imperative to overall wellness.

Essential Oil Immersions

Get drenched in either Young Living essential oils or DoTerra. Either treatment is beneficial for chronic illness. This also includes a scalp massage if preferred.

Spinal Reflex Therapy uses applied pressure in certain muscle points to produce pain-relieving neurotransmitters.

Prenatal Massage

Prenatal Massage is a massage used for pregnant clients. This massage focuses on the relaxation of sore muscles and joints while increasing wellness.
